Falesha says that everyone has the capacity to grow. All it takes is the will to do so. At times, growth might seem impossible or it might just not happen no matter what you do. She adds, “As long as you are trying, even if you don’t feel like you are growing, you are still growing; it’s just that you’re doing it with pain. You shouldn’t worry because all experiences are meant to help you grow spiritually.”
Falesha is a staunch believer in the power of effort. According to her, if a person is putting in their 100%, they’re bound to succeed sooner or later. Persistence and determination are the keys to success. If you’re not willing to put in any effort, how can you expect good results? Falesha attributes all her success to her strong will, anchor determination, and unwavering attitude.
Thousands of American and Canadian women, especially women of color, have been inspired by Falesha’s perseverance and hard work. Even though Falesha is not a native citizen, she has made a name for herself within the industry.
As an entrepreneur and entertainer, she cultivates her community’s creativity, passion, drive, and business intelligence. A few of her accomplishments include founding the highly successful entertainment agency Diva Diverse, Falesha Homes Inc., and FR Beauty.
Falesha explains that “Growing is a process that’s positive and necessary.”. When done correctly, it can result in outgrowth. You should always remember: It is better to overgrow than not grow at all. According to her, “Life is about starting over – and today is the beginning of the rest of your life.
